JD:

Candidate must be familiar with E2E Recruitment life cycle
Must have at least 1 years experience in IT Recruitment
Must have exposure to different IT Skills in the market
Candidate must be from Recruitment background
Must be open to work in Recruitment firm
Must be a good team player

Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirement
Sourcing profiles from portals OR Professional Networks OR Social Networks
Screening the profiles
Sharing with the Team Lead/Manager as per client format
Collecting the feedback from Team Lead
Scheduling the candidate for F2F OR Skype OR Telephonic based on client requirement
If the candidate is shortlisted following up till joining date
Training new joiners and helping them to understand our internal process
Maintaining Database
