Job Description
We’re hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) across Bihar and Jharkhand for Business to Business ( B 2 B ) & Business to Consumer ( B 2 C ) Sales & Marketing, who’ll bring us new Distributors | Retailers to sell unique technology driven Cloud Managed Wifi Hotspot and Image & Video Advertisements.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Revenue Accountability: BDM shall be responsible to achieve revenue targets from assigned territories by ensuring maximum product sales and great visibility on retail stores.
- Set up distribution in the appointed territories: Appoint Resellers and large distributors to sell Cloud Managed Wifi Hotspot
- Targeted offerings: Identify and focus on the highest priority customer segments with solutions that are bundled and priced for maximum revenue.
- Monitoring & supervision of Distributors & Re sellers for achievement of monthly targets
- Helping Re sellers to establish and expand their customer’s base.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities & liaising with ISP’s.
- Record sales & send copies to the Head Quarter
Essential Qualifications & Attributes: Any Male/Female MBA
Target oriented individual with a go-getter attitude towards achieving revenue targets An effective communicator and quick decision maker keeping company's policies and profitability in mind.
The Nitty-gritty: Job requires extensive field visits and liaison with different stakeholders. Excellent marketing skills and ability to accomplish sales target.
Remuneration: Good performance shall be well rewarded. During probation period- Consolidated Rs. 35,000/ PM + 2% Profit Stack + Incentive + Huge Growth Prospects. You can earn up to Rs. One Lakh per month.
