Job Description
- Duties will involve lead generation and prospecting
- Maintaining current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management & in person meetings
- Executing outbound calls on a daily basis
- Executing outbound emails and SMS on a daily basis
- Fix the site visits with the clients and explain about the project, location & features
- Convenience the client to buy the property and execute the sales timely
- Proactively coordinate with management and update about customer status, interest and sales.
- Should handle targets based sales closure
- Quarterly Revenue Generation
