Job Description
LOGIC POWER is the ONLY Microchip licensed Tool/Board manufacturer in India.Microchip has become #1 in the 8-bit MCU semiconductor industry in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the Business Growth through new business sales from original or redesigned Applications.
- Keep point of contact for Customers - answering queries, providing technical advice and giving technical seminars.
- Provide pre and post sales technical advice and support about products. Represents technical link between Customer & Internal functions.
- Understand how to use Microchip Debuggers & Eval Boards.
- Engineers are expected to visit Industrial Clients and College/University HODs of ECE/ECT in various cities, to explain about our products and give technical demos.
- Engineers will get an opportunity to improve their hardware knowledge on 8-bit/16-bit/32-bit MCUs & DSCs, High End interfaces like USB, CAN-LIN, ZigBee RF, Ethernet, etc.And also on software components which include Assembly language, Embedded C, RTOS, etc.
Desired Qualification
- B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/Diploma in Electronics/ECE/EEE/EIE- 2012,2013,2014,2015 passed outs
Prerequisites:
- Basic Knowledge on C, Embedded C
- Basic Knowledge on Embedded Microcontrollers(8/16/32 bit).
- Proficient in speaking English and Hindi.
- Must be enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload.6. Only Male candidates are preferred.
Payment Terms –
- 1 month Training period, Stipend of Rs. 5,000.00 p.m.
- 2nd month to 7th month (i.e. for 1st Year 1st 6 months), Salary of Rs. 7,000.00 p.m.
Engineers will have to meet Sales Targets.
- 8th month to 13th month (i.e. for 1st Year 2nd 6 months), Salary of Rs. 9,000.00 p.m.
Engineers will have to meet higher Sales Targets.
- 14th month to 19th month (i.e. for 2nd Year 1st 6 months), Salary of Rs. 10,000.00 p.m.
Engineers will have to meet higher Sales Targets.
- 20th month to 25th month (i.e. for 2nd Year 2nd 6 months), Salary of Rs. 12,500.00 p.m.
Engineers will have to meet higher Sales Targets.

Logic Power Tools are manufactured to the same standards as seen in Microchip Tools, including 4 & 8 layer boards with similar performance. Logic Power has sold nearly 40,000+ Tools till date - including Programmers, Debuggers, Evaluation boards, Development boards and finished products.
Logic Power is a Certified Trainer for Microchip Architecture in India and has trained more than 5,000 Engineers, Students, and Academicians.
