Job Description:
- Being a sales team member at NBR Group job responsibility would comprise of generating, prospecting, finalizing and servicing the real estate clients/customers to attain the target
- Ensure the marketing administration of the uppermost quality
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating clients database/leads
- Booked customer references
- Direct sales activities
- Expo/Events participation
Prospecting, Closing and Servicing:
- Prospect clients for site visits through calling, email and off-site meetings
- Create customized proposals for specific client needs
- Close deals to achieve monthly targets
- Post sales servicing for agreement execution, collections and query handling
- Developing existing and new channel partner’s rapport to attain targets
- Craft relationship with obtainable clients to increase incremental business through referrals
- Develop corporate associations through sales calls and direct meetings
- Manage sales process
- Manage day-to-day sales operations
- Guarantee the highest quality of customer satisfaction
Manage Sales Documentation, Customer Data and Self MIS:
- Internal and External Interactions
Internal
- Work closely with the sales, marketing and tele sales teams
External
- Present/Future stakeholders, Clients, Channel Partners and Agencies
Job Requirement/Criterion:
Educational Qualification - Any Graduate preferably MBA
- Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in handling high value/relationship-based sales, candidates with reality field background preferred.
Key Competencies:
- Candidate must have handled all aspects of sales
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, phone and verbal skills
- Ability to develop customers from prospecting to closures
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
- Knowledge or experience of CRM and/or sales automation tools preferred
- Experience in an inbound/outbound environment preferred
- Well-groomed and presentable
