As an Inside Sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work with the banking and payments industry, always trying to push the envelope and getting that extra bit. We also deal with some of the largest new age businesses in the country including E-commerce, Travel, etc and you will be at a premium spot to interact and negotiate with them.

Some Specific activities part of the responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition
  • Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches, and strategies.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • An experience of 1 to 3 years in inside sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
