Job Description
- Attending to customer queries for Hotel booking over emails and calls.
- Quoting Deals & Sending Proposals for Hotels Bookings.
- Converting Leads in to Business.
- Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Ensures maximum occupancy on a daily basis by performing follow-ups.
- Assists with the completion of monthly booking report(s)
- Monitor market and competitor activity and carry out ongoing research to establish sales opportunities.
