Job Description
Job purpose
The representative needs to help the customer to fix any issue with their computer or any peripherals remotely.
Duties and responsibilities
Representative should be energetic and needs to be helping the customer with computer and peripherals. The duties of the representative is listed below:
· Needs to give the first call resolution
· Technical software knowledge is must
· Inbound / Outbound call handling.
Qualifications & Requirements
The minimum qualifications required are 10+2 or undergraduates. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.
Qualifications include:
· 10+2 or undergraduate (from recognized schools)
· Graduates (from recognized universities)
· Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Sales
· Incentives - Attractive
· Salary - Negotiable( a really good hike)
· Good Communication Skills
· Flexible to work in 24*7 working environment
Working conditions
· The job requires a person to work in UK/US/AUS environment. The challenge is to satisfy the customer on every call.
