Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.
Generates sales leads through Companysponsored (walk-ins) and employee sponsored outreach programs and promotions.
Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads.
Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
Conduct gym tours using established sales systems
Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills. Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings.
Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
Makes courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym.

Make regular weekly reports.
