Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members.
- Generates sales leads through Companysponsored (walk-ins) and employee sponsored outreach programs and promotions.
- Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads.
- Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
- Conduct gym tours using established sales systems
- Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills. Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings.
- Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
- Makes courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym.
- Enter Guest courtesy forms in software
- Make regular weekly reports.
