Viva Books is looking for a Marketing Executive- Females only (2 posts) for its Marketing Department (Males..please do not apply)
Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Should have 1st class in X and XII).
• (Engineers ...please do not apply)
• Freshers are welcome and will be absorbed as trainees.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English, self-motivated, assertive, responsible, team worker, willing to learn and able to meet deadlines
• IT and the internet Savvy 

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing catalogs, brochures, price lists and other publicity material in-house. Software knowledge preferred: InDesign, Photoshop- desirable but not necessary- training will be given in-house)
• Also would need to sort book information in a brief gist for catalogues and hence good English written communication is required with subject knowledge to club the same subject titles separately. Subject knowledge of engineering, science, social science and medicine would be an added advantage.
• Developing and maintaining database/mailing list both addresses and email addresses
• Promoting Books through publicity mailing and postal mailing to various institutions (universities, colleges, engineering colleges, medical colleges, nursing colleges, schools, etc)
• Customer interaction over the phone as well as through emails regarding customer queries, orders and to disseminate product awareness..(please note this is NOT a call centre profile )
• Updating and maintaining the company website if needed
• Sending books for review to newspapers, magazines, journals and maintaining rapport with media people.
• Help in updating the social media of the company- twitter, facebook, instagram, blog
• Help in website updation
