Job Description
- Find new clients using job portals, negotiate pay rate, find new requirements and fill the desired requirements.
- Bring new clients to the business and fallow up the previous clients.
- Bring timesheets from clients and fallow up the payments.
- Train new recruiters, assign day to day tasks and follow up them for day to day targets.
- Motivate recruiters for improving business and applying new strategies.
- Search and screen resumes, interviewing consultants, negotiate the pay rate and hire them for client requirement.
- Must have leadership qualities.
- Extremely good communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be a smart worker.
- Must have a commitment on work.
- Effective management and supervising skills.
- Eager to grow in his field.
- Capability to work in stressful situations.
- Must grow business.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of Proven experience as Business Development Manager in any US Staffing company and might have managed minimum of 5 employees.
- Must need references from previous company.
