Job Description
- Develop and manage a team of SAs to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Manage profitability and risk of your network and maintain good relationships with dealers and
- Shop staff
- Develop your assigned area with new POS openings
- Hire, train and develop your team
- Regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) review targets with team and drive them towards consistent
- Achievement through constructive feedback
- Visit all active POS’s within territory on a weekly basis (including satellite)
- Meet the dealer/store manager and discuss performance / issues / plans
- Verify issues indicated in DSM report and take appropriate action
- Review customer checking mechanisms set high standards and standardize best practices
- Review market trends, competitor tactics and take appropriate action
- Develop tactical marketing plans and effectively utilize marketing material for lead generation
- And customer conversion
- Relevant Industry: Telecom and FMCG industries
