Job Description
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- 2+ years experience in finding suitable IT positions for existing resources
- Overview and basic understanding of various IT technologies
- Good understanding of US Tax terms like 1099/W2/Corp-Corp
- Hands on experience using various job portals.
- Understanding of various work authorizations like Citizens, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Sourcing the resumes from Monster, Dice or Carrier Builder etc.. Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets. Good Negotiation skills. Negotiating Rates, Salary of the candidates.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relations
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Responsibilities Match existing pool of resources to available job orders
- Provide quick turnaround on existing IT resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Interact and develop strategies to expand client network
- Manage all communication with clients, negotiate rates, and deliver resources
- Mentor and prepare candidates for client interviews.
