Job Description

• We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing and will be responsible to build and ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.
  

Responsibilities:

• To identify the target market for plastic bottle caps products.
• Calling the qualified leads and understands the specific requirement of the client. 
• Meeting customers and convincing them for buying our products.
• Making daily entry in CRM related to customer meetings.
• Offering the solution to the customer based on the matches offered by our systems.
• Managing the relationship with the clients till the closure of sale. 
• This profile is a one point contact with the customers from lead to sale.
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
• Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.
• Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
• Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
• Seek opportunities to cross-sell or up sell to existing clients.

• Young & Aggressive individual with Good communication & negotiation skills. 
• Capable of handling a sales cycle from start to finish. 
• Direct Sales - exposure and experience in sales environment
• Proficiency in local language and English speaking. 
• Go-getter with positive attitude. 
• 2-3+ years of proven track record in sales or marketing with any Industry. 
• Age limit 35 years
• Two Wheeler and License is a must.
• Having potential to work under pressure, meet challenges and find solutions 
• Having passion to excel in performance and to earn handsome incentives for himself by achieving set targets.
