Job Description

Over all strategize business plan from identifying new client to get quality meeting at the same time converting brief to business.

Excellent team management in getting the work done from vendor partner or internal team.

To set a realistic monthly, half yearly and yearly goals for achievement and carrying out periodic reviews of the same.

Reporting to Director for business and overall manage Creative Design / Client Services and maintain quality service delivery

Overall understanding Advertising, Media, Marketing Industry, its trends how important is branding,visibility, communication in overall marketing mix.

Must have strong communication skills, organizational, time management , skills set to develop oneself and mentor the down line team and learning capabilities

Excellent follow up skills with strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.

Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office, Spread Sheets & internet. Excellent communication and out of the box thinking
