Job Description

Attend and participate in any meetings (clients, Networking Forums etc) as and when required.

To be flexible and carry out any other duties as requested by Management, which may include, amongst others, carrying out duties within our sister properties.

To manage all relationships with our key national business and potential business providers and to insure we achieve our maximum business potential in all segments, these include but not restricted to:

  • Commercial Establishments
  • Residential Apartments
  • Start up Companies
  • Land Developers
  • Building Owners
  • Architects/Designers
  • Internet bookers
  • Marketing companies
  1. To identify and manage sales opportunities and promotional activity with our key national partners.
  2. To prepare and present an annual sales plan.
  3. To prepare and present to the Director monthly and quarterly action plans for yourself for benefiting sales of the company.
  4. To prepare and present to the Director monthly and quarterly reports detailing calls, results, follow up, actions and recommendations.
  5. To evaluate new potential national markets for Interiors.
  6. To undertake rate preparation, contract development and market negotiations for our local and national partners.
  7. To attend national interiors trade exhibitions, road shows and workshops.
  8. To plan and ensure that product training is undertaken with the interiors trade.
  9. To ensure you have the necessary collateral to effectively promote Tangent Interiors in all markets.
  10. To establish a rapport with competitive Directors of Sales and Head of Marketing to ensure we receive up to date competitor information.
  11. To provide leadership and guidance to the whole sales team
  12. To ensure that all sales activity undertaken by Tangent Interiors is effectively communicated to the Director of the Company.
  13. To accompany members of your team to sales calls or meetings as and when required.
  14. To always conduct yourself during working hours in a professional and courteous manner.
  15. To treat other members of the team as you would expect to be treated by them.
  16. To attend BNI meetings or joining a BNI chapter in Bangalore as instructed by the Director for promotion of Business.
  17. To enjoy your work and to look forward to coming into the office.
