- JOB DESIGNATION: Sales & Marketing Executive

- Minimum Exp : 06 month
- Generating leads through cold calling.
- Handling Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activity for generating maximum business for residential and commercial projects.
- Leads for the company by using different sources.
- Connecting and Closing upon the leads generated.
- Come up with additional means of generating sales leads for the company.
- Tie up and create network of real estate brokers to drive indirect sales.
- Proper pitching of projects to relevant people and companies.
- Attend direct customers, calls and emails.
- Maintain lists of customers called from different sources.
- Attend to customer enquiries/ leads/ walk-ins/ online leads.
- Candidate should have knowledge of project sales.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skill.
- Must have own convenience should have knowledge about area's.
- Male Female Both can apply for this job.
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization - Monitoring & positioning for all future Responsible to retain brokers in allocated target areas.
- Ability to generate predictable revenue on target consistently.
