Job Description
We are looking for an efficient and well-organized person as Business Operations/Sales Operations Executive.
Responsibilities
- Creating schedules for sales teams
- Tracking sales leads and customer orders
- Arranging sales meetings
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Inter-team coordination to enable customer demos, presentations etc.
- Ensure adherence to company culture and environment
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication and ethics
- Gradutaion in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- Most importantly should be Social Media Savy
