We are looking for an efficient and well-organized person as Business Operations/Sales Operations Executive.

Responsibilities

• Creating schedules for sales teams
  
• Tracking sales leads and customer orders
  
• Arranging sales meetings
  
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  
• Inter-team coordination to enable customer demos, presentations etc.
  
• Ensure adherence to company culture and environment
  

 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
  
• Proficiency in English
  
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvin
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• A team player with high level of dedication and ethics
  
• Gradutaion in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  
• Most importantly should be Social Media Savy
