- Urgent opening for Customer Care Executive into leading chemical industry .

- Handling Customer queries forwarded to the organization via all contact points – Incoming Calls, Emails, SMS.
- To provide accurate information to the caller & resolve all customer queries raised during the call.
- Attending all incoming calls received on helpline number
- Handling email queries sent by the customer
- Responding to the SMS sent by the customers
- Pass customers request to the concerned branch/department through
- Telephone
- Email
- Courier
- CCC Module / One Call
- Would be accountable to successfully accomplish any assignment as instructed by the Functional Reporting Authority
- Would be responsible for the closure of caller requests. Needs to co-ordinate with the branches till a proper resolution is arrived at.
- Data entry activity to be completed as per requirement
- Record management
- Call Registration in company's software
- Maintain Call ReportsDesignation : Sales Engineers (Only Males)

- Explore business opportunity in Product Design and Industrial Segment. Would be responsible for handling products of Dassault Systemes.
- Providing accurate forecast and achieving / exceeding the targets
- Building long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain record of all customer communication.
- Minimum 1 -5 years field sales experience
- Good geographical knowledge, and with good rapport with prospective end users
- Should be fluent in English & in local language.
- Experience in commercial negotiations & handling cutomers
- Salary :1.8 LPA to 4.5 LPA
