Location:
Mumbai-Based Only.
Field: Exhibition & events industry. Product is innovative and blockbuster and has shown tremendous conversion potential incentives for a passionate, high-energy, aggressive sales lead.
Profile
Sales marketing executive.
• Create a sales infrastructure and personally make sales calls to convert highperforming hot leads post free trial class.
Job Skills
• Aggressive: “Take no prisoners” approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and sales lead should have the same all-consuming drive.
• Systems Thinking: Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship.
• Flexibility: Work weekends with 2 weekdays off as sales peak on weekends.
• Multi-Dimensional, 'Growth Hacker' Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work.
Working hours • Weekdays: 9 hrs – Starting at 9.30 AM (Must be flexible in case of business needs).
• Saturday/Sunday (Peak Call-Center Volume for Company): 9:30 a.m-9:30p.m. Will require to work on exhibition days. Sunday’s off.
