Job Description

  • Identify prospects by lead generation on the field like reference from CA, existing customers etc.
  • Coordinate with sales resource or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations/troubleshooting etc.
  • Understand requirements of the business, and fulfill them using Tally.ERP 9 and Tally Server 9
  • Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect
  • Work with Developer to provide solutions
  • Installation of Tally at new customer site along with basic training
  • Implementation/troubleshooting on the product, and data
