Job Description
- Identify prospects by lead generation on the field like reference from CA, existing customers etc.
- Coordinate with sales resource or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations/troubleshooting etc.
- Understand requirements of the business, and fulfill them using Tally.ERP 9 and Tally Server 9
- Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect
- Work with Developer to provide solutions
- Installation of Tally at new customer site along with basic training
- Implementation/troubleshooting on the product, and data
