Job Description

You are responsible for:

Onboarding temples in Mumbai, U.S. and possibly other places as well
Supporting the temples once they are onboard
Gathering customer feedback and shaping our product roadmap
At the end of the day we are an early stage startup, so each one of us contributes in all departments and each one's contribution is responsible for shaping the product

Requirements for Crushing it:

Have tact. Ability to convince users and at the same time, ability to tell them no without making them mad
Have humility and patience
Be unflappable. No flaps whatsoever
Be a sleuth. A new age Nancy Drew or Sherlock, who can sniff out problems in a complex ecosystem
Have a great sense of humour

Few Important Points:

For this particular job posting, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with Gujarati and possibly from the Jain community as she/he will be responsible for Devotee's Jain app

You need to be in Mumbai and for the most part, you will work from home and travel to the temples in the city
