- Must be Presentable, Smart, Dynamic and Proactive.
- Must have good knowledge of Computer / MS - Office and Good Typing Speed preferably 30 - 40 WPM.
- Must have good communication skills in both Hindi and English language.
- Must understand the sales process to work with Marketing, Technology, and IT organizations.
- Must be confident enough to arrange and achieve Target based appointments.
- Must be able to learn new products, their technical capabilities, and represent them to the service provider customers, in advance of their general availability.
- Searching Client Information through search engines.
- Call prospective clients and explain product and services.
- Candidate should have good convincing skills.
- Making outbound calls for generating Appointments for Business Development team and accompany them for marketing if required.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Generate leads prospects over the phone.
- Listen attentively to customer need.
- Send mailers and maintain complete database reports.
- Candidate should have a positive attitude should be target oriented.
- Excellent conversational and customer service.
- Multitasking ability and update customer information accurately .
