Position: Business Development Executive/ Sr.Business Development Executive
Experience: 2 to 3 years & 4 to 5 years experience in the architectural & real estate.
Qualification: Graduate / P.G.
Location: Mumbai, CST (near station)
Job Profile:
- Ability to build a relationship with Architects and interior designer.
- Cold calling to the clients, lead generation, Presentation.
- Should have experience in selling High-end products.
- To capture the targeted Audience and give polished presentations and close the deal.
- To make quotations, purchase orders, deal negotiation, and finalization.
- Complete Client Coordination from Lead generation, payment follow up to after sale service .
Knowledge skills & experience: Prior Experience in Modular Kitchen & furniture or from architectural industry.
