- Follow up sales leads generated by marketing activities via telephone.
- Initiate regular and systematic telephone follow-up of customers and maintain records using a CRM system.
- Note down the feedback, analyse the same and provide feedback to the team.
- Co-ordinating and managing procurement of paraphernalia for on-site activations.
