Job Description
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in international Business Development
- Work with Management to develop and implement new Sales programs, Products, and Services.
- Own the bid management process and build winning solutions.
- Creating and managing lists of prospects across our target client segments
- Should have been a contributor to a team that has delivered at least, a gross revenue of $2 Million per year
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & own/lead responses to customer requests for information, proposals etc.
- Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities & cross-sell in existing customers.
- Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations.
- Contacting client prospects (cold calls, emails, etc) and making the initial pitch for our services.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Initiating and developing the relationships with key decision makers for business development
- Experience / Requirements
- Strong skill and experience / Aptitude in responding to RFP / RFI for Outsourcing services that include, Research, F&A, RPO and other back office outsourcing services
- A proven track record in selling B2B outsourcing services to large and mid-tier companies
- Highly motivated individual with a track record of excellence in internal/external customer interaction and impeccable attention to detail. Ed Qual:- MBA, Graduate
