Job Description
• Should be between 20 to 28 years of age.
• Should be at least 12th Pass
• Good Communication Skills.
• Should be presentable and medically fit.
• Should have dedication and attitude to adopt new skills and learn.
HIS / HER ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To attend field meetings punctually and regularly.
• Should be polite and courteous with colleagues & Customers.
• Daily Activity Report(DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, address, telephone No.) to be maintained.
• Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrations in a day through various activities like cold calls, reference, FLC Activities& Roadshows.
• Train customers on the usage of products.
• Ensure at least 10 courtesy calls during the month to existing customers and document in the “Gift-A-Smile” book.
