Job Description
- To support the process of streamlining marketing operations post communication and collateral design to the process of in-market execution
- Artworks development & adaptation process management
- Coordinating printing & quality control
- Ensure the required collaterals reach market in time and they are used
- Quality check on field execution of various community outreach programme and share feedback on quality
- Spend more time in market & interact with consumers to understand their requirements so that communication & promotion can be planned to drive more consumers to the AMCs
- A competition tracking to be put in place & share a monthly report which will enable us to learn the best practices & use ideas to our advantage
- To create collaterals according to the activation we initiate in the Community
- To be responsible for all the brand materials, collaterals at clinics.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, standee.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, agencies and vendors.
- To follow the entire process of purchase to make timely payments of agencies, vendors.
- arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- Organizing and attending events and exhibitions.
- To help in special project and processes as and when required.
