Job Description
Role and responsibilies :
- International Voice, Inbound Process Mobile App, Antivirus Sales.

Responsible for Corporate Sales experience in Antivirus or IT security.
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls.
- Responsible for dealing with B2B & B2C Mobile App and Antivirus Sales.
- Prior experience in Antivirus Sales in International BPO will be an added advantage.
Shift Timing : US (9.00 Hours)
Verbal and Written Skills:
- Understand Customers issue and query and able to provide Resolution on call.
- Communication skill: Must have excellent English Communication skill (No stammering and fumbling).
- Excellent convincing skills over call to the international clients.
- Should have good presentation skill over call with excellent international accent.
- Qualification: Any under Graduate, Graduate
- Candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in International Voice Process
- Multi-tasking, Self-starter & Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in the same profile preferred (Mobile App, Antivirus Sales & Support)
