Sales Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchasing potential.

Reach out to potential customers to understand their needs and provide information about the company’s offerings.

Sales Presentations & Meetings:

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects and clients to present the company’s products or services.

Customize product presentations to meet the specific requirements and pain points of potential customers.

Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to move them through the sales pipeline.

Negotiation & Closing:

Engage in negotiations with clients to secure sales, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Close deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Offer post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to retain business.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to support brand awareness and product promotion.

Help coordinate promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.

Implement marketing initiatives based on the target audience, focusing on both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Content Creation & Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for advertising, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.

Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and product promotions.

Work closely with the creative team to ensure marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts) are aligned with the brand message.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
