Position Overview
The Sales/Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities while supporting marketing efforts that promote brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This dual-function role blends field and digital sales with strategic marketing tasks to drive overall business performance.
As a key contributor to the company’s growth, the Sales/Marketing Executive builds and maintains customer relationships, promotes products or services, and implements creative campaigns both online and offline. The ideal candidate is result-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition.

Actively pursue and generate sales leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and networking events.

Present products or services to prospective clients using various sales tools and techniques.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and quotations tailored to each client’s needs.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals effectively.

Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly follow up to convert leads into customers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies.

Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Create marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and digital content.

Support in planning and organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM reports.

Conduct market research to evaluate customer preferences, pricing, and positioning.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales service and support.

Gather and address client feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.

Resolve client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and share insights.

Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure marketing materials reflect accurate and up-to-date product information.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and marketing activity summaries for management.
