Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing, tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate our pipeline growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of demand generation and closing. You will use digital marketing strategies to find enterprise leads and execute consultative sales methodologies to turn those leads into long-term subscribers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in software sales, understands cloud infrastructure/IT workflows, and excels at demonstrating technical product value to B2B decision-makers.Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline & Revenue Generation

Manage the complete end-to-end B2B sales cycle from cold prospecting to deal closure.
Conduct high-impact, consultative SaaS product demonstrations to C-suite and IT decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, craft customized software service proposals, and overcome technical objections.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recurring revenue (MRR/ARR) targets.

2. Strategic B2B Marketing

Design and execute multi-channel inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
Leverage LinkedIn, email sequence tools, and account-based marketing (ABM) to target enterprise clients.
Partner with the product team to refine product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement collateral.
Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC).

3. Account & CRM Management

Log, track, and manage all deal interactions accurately using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ensure a seamless post-sale handover to the Customer Success team to keep retention rates high.
Keep an active pulse on competitive IT products and emerging market tech trends.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 1–5 years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS sales, IT services, or enterprise software sales.
Technical Domain: Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), API integrations, and the software subscription model.
Sales Prowess: Proven history of meeting or exceeding outbound sales quotas.
Marketing Toolkit: Experience executing digital marketing, email marketing, or performance marketing strategies.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills to break down complex IT architecture into clear business values.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
