Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, and site visits.

Promote the company’s products or services to generate inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Follow up with leads and ensure a strong pipeline of sales opportunities is maintained.
2. Marketing Strategy Execution:

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).

Support brand awareness initiatives through promotions, events, and social media.

Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for positioning and pricing strategies.

Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, demand trends, and emerging opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and update a database of existing and prospective customers.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Provide after-sales support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Reporting and Coordination:

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share updates with senior management.

Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align on campaign goals and customer feedback.

Track sales metrics such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition costs.

Maintain proper documentation for all sales activities, proposals, and contracts.
