Sales/Marketing Executive
Job Description

Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media

Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets

Follow up with leads regularly until closure
-
Understand customer requirements and budget
-
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
-
Schedule and attend client meetings, showroom visits, and site visits
-
Build strong and long-term client relationships
-
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations
-
Negotiate pricing and close deals within company guidelines
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams
-
Share accurate client requirements with the internal team

Ensure smooth handover after deal closure

Prepare work orders and ensure client approvals
-
Maintain proper documentation (agreements, payment schedules)
-
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
-
Coordinate with clients for advance and milestone payments
-
Ensure timely collections as per agreed payment terms
-
Update payment status to accounts/management
-
Act as a single point of contact for the client

Ensure customer satisfaction during and after project completion

Handle basic client concerns and coordinate resolutions
-
Represent the company professionally at all times

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Promote company brand, offers, and services
