Role Description: As a Sales/ Marketing Executive at Hecto Networks, you will be responsible for:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Activities

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, or inbound lead follow-up.

Pitch products or services to prospects and explain how they align with client needs and solve problems.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, either in-person or virtually.

Prepare and submit sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
2. Marketing Activities

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, paid advertising, and event participation.

Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.

Work with designers and content teams to develop visually appealing, on-brand materials.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or email platforms.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely follow-up.

Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the product and customer support teams to help improve offerings.

Manage a client database using CRM software and keep all contact information and sales activities updated.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development

Research market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and threats.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new sales and marketing strategies.

Analyze customer behavior data to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign development.

Contribute ideas for improving product positioning and messaging in the marketplace.
5. Reporting and Coordination

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation activities, and campaign metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams—such as operations, design, finance, and product development—to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.

Attend team meetings, product training sessions, and client briefings as required.
