Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales/Marketing Executive to help us build our business by identifying sales opportunities, promoting our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. This dual-role position involves both selling (B2B/B2C) and marketing (online/offline) activities to expand market presence and revenue.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter who enjoys meeting people, promoting solutions, understanding market trends, and closing deals. Freshers with good communication and energy are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi, English, local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Patience and customer-oriented approach
Confidence in handling rejections
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new potential customers through field visits, online platforms, social media, exhibitions, and networking.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently to convert them.

Generate inquiries through cold calling, email marketing, or digital campaigns.
2. Client Interaction & Sales

Explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits to customers in person or virtually.

Conduct product demos, presentations, or meetings to potential customers.

Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Branding

Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns (online/offline).

Promote the brand through social media, digital ads, email newsletters, or print materials.

Help with event marketing, trade fairs, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

Support in the creation and distribution of promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and banners.
4. Market Research & Strategy

Collect feedback from customers and competitors to understand market trends and demands.

Analyze target market segments and recommend new business strategies.

Contribute ideas for promotions, offers, or new customer acquisition techniques.
5. CRM, Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate customer data, call reports, meeting logs, and daily activity in CRM or Excel.

Provide regular sales reports to management regarding pipeline, sales conversion, and forecasts.

Coordinate with other teams like operations, accounts, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Required Skills

Sales Skills: Confidence, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.

Marketing Skills: Creativity, brand promotion knowledge, digital/social media familiarity.

Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication in English and/or local language.

Technical: Basic computer skills, MS Office, and internet usage; knowledge of CRM or digital tools is a plus.
