Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a Product or Service.
They answer questions about Products or the Company.
They also ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
They must keep a record of calls and relevant details.
They must familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.
Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Research new sales opportunities by cold calling, sending emails, connecting with others, participating in social media, and a lot more.
Creating meetings with potential entrepreneurs based on their needs and concerns if necessary.
Keep an updated customer database.
Contributing to the organization's revenue growth.
