Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Venture X, Sector 29, Gurgaon
Experience: 0–2 Years
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are expanding our marketing efforts and looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, handle customer engagement, and support day-to-day sales and branding activities.
Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Executive will manage customer enquiries, social media content, store coordination, and overall marketing execution.
This role is open to all genders and requires someone proactive, creative, and willing to learn beyond the defined JD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries; convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with Madan Atta Chakki stores for smooth order processing & timely delivery.
- Create and publish daily social media content (posts, reels, status updates).
- Maintain customer database & follow-up reminders for repeat purchases.
- Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, reach).
- Support content shoots and with advance photo/video editing.
- Track competition activities and market trends.
- Improve SEO, Google Maps presence, ratings & reviews.
- Implement customer retention initiatives, loyalty ideas & feedback collection.
- Assist in brand shoots, YouTube content, and new marketing ideas.
- Monitor staff-Customer behavior through CCTV and support training.
- Plan and execute small campaigns, collaborations & promotional activities.
- Support promoter branding content when required.
- Identify and implement new customer experience initiatives.
- Prepare simple performance updates (leads, sales, engagement).
- Required Skills & Qualifications Fresher to 2 years of experience.
- Basic content creation skills (reels, photos, short videos).
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms; Google Ads (optional, can be learned).
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn beyond the JD.
- Ability to multitask and take ownership.
