Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role of executing both sales strategies to meet revenue targets and marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive communication style, and the ability to work in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
The Sales/Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting field visits or virtual meetings, and contributing to marketing campaigns. You will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts while also assisting with product promotions, content support, event marketing, and digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and field visits.

Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions or product offerings.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Follow up with leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts or pricing as needed.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products/services and expand the customer base.

Work with the product or technical team to understand service features, improvements, and customer feedback.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and lead generation.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content, emailers, etc.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, product launches, or customer engagement programs.

Monitor marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, ad ROI, email open rates) and suggest improvements.

Help manage the company’s social media pages, email marketing lists, and digital advertising efforts.

Collaborate with agencies or freelancers on SEO, digital campaigns, and media placements when applicable.
