Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and result-oriented female Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling sales leads, responding to IndiaMART inquiries, managing client communications, drafting professional emails, and coordinating with customers effectively in both English and Hindi.
Additionally, candidates with a basic understanding of accounting will be preferred, as the role may occasionally involve handling payments, preparing quotations, and coordinating billing details.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Sales
-
Convert sales leads into active customers through follow-ups and persuasive communication.

Handle IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, and online inquiries efficiently.

Call, email, and coordinate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pitch products/services.

Prepare and share price quotations, proposals, and offers as per client needs.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
2. Marketing & Client Engagement
-
Maintain active follow-ups with potential leads to build strong client relationships.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows (if required).

Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and professionally.
3. IndiaMART Inquiry Handling

Regularly monitor and respond to IndiaMART-generated leads.

Contact businesses through calls and emails to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Maintain proper documentation of leads, inquiries, and successful conversions.
4. Email & Communication Management
-
Draft professional emails to clients regarding quotations, proposals, and product updates.

Follow up on pending payments, purchase orders, and deliveries via email and phone.

Maintain clear and polite communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
5. Coordination with Accounts & Billing
-
Work with the accounts department for generating invoices and tracking payments.

Assist in maintaining basic payment and receipt records.

Coordinate between sales and accounts teams for smooth order processing and billing.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical & Sales Skills
-
Basic knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and CRM tools.

Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online B2B portals.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
-
Knowledge of basic accounting will be an added advantage.
2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Ability to convince, negotiate, and influence customers effectively.

Confident in handling client calls, meetings, and follow-ups professionally.
