Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales/Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales growth.
This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities and requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. The candidate should be results-driven, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:

Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, client visits, and networking.

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and close deals.
Marketing Duties:

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.

Promote products and services through various channels, including online, print, and in-person events.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials like brochures, presentations, emailers, and digital ads.

Manage company social media accounts and support digital marketing activities.

Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.

Conduct market analysis and monitor competition, market trends, and customer preferences.
Reporting and Coordination:

Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM or relevant databases.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager.

Coordinate with internal departments like operations, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
