Job Description
· Should work on a daily Schedule/plan given by the Manager.
· Convert/Closure on the leads generated by the Sales Coordinators.
· Maintain Reports on: The status of calls and demo given, Customers met.
· Maintain daily Report to the team head.
· Monitor follow- ups on TSS (Product License expiry).
· Give Product Demo based on customer requirements and closure of sale
· AMC Renewals of clients as well as market new AMCs.
· Should have fair accounting background, Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 a plus.
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
· Handle Customers issues at various locations in technical queries and other issues on Tally ERP.9 and give them the right solutions.
· Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
· Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
· Train the user on Tally ERP.9 and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
· Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
