GENERAL SUMMARY

Sales of Loan Products like Home Loan, Loan against Property, Auto Loan or Business loan of Company.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Collaborates with Team Leader in establishing and achieving the targeted business for the given products of the company.

Sales a product to maximize business and meet corporate objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity.
  
• Working with the prospect database of clients to develop prospects into qualified leads.
  
• Make telephone calls to prospects of Company’s Financial Products and conduct regular follow-up with prospective clients
  
• Generations and development of qualified leads
  
• Responsible for generating appointments for the sales team
  
• Develop the relationship with clients and maintain an effective communication channel with them.
  
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  
• Accurately recording new information of customer into the marketing databases, continuously validating all data, including current contacts and associated details such as email addresses, within the marketing database with the input of updates as required.
  
• Follow up with clients for completion of their documents and queries resolution and ensure Turn Around Time.
  
• Create and live by the image of a trustworthy and highly reliable shared services partner at workplace.
  
• Ensure quality and a continued delivery of impeccable services.
  
• Achieve specified target.
  
• Responsible for securing confidential information used in the execution of duties and safeguard of information which includes “any record containing nonpublic information about an employee, Customer or any other third party engaged in any transaction with the Company.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Graduate in any stream
  
• Freshers can apply
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  
• Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships and Coaching
