Business Development
Lead generation, fixing up meetings.
Relationship management and networking for business generation through regular follow ups.
Managing client expectations and resolving escalations.
Directly dealing with the corporate clients providing them the recruitment solutions by customizing the same.
Research and Identify new potential Customers.
Identifying opportunities in the market and forecast revenue opportunities.
To pitch the products by preparing proposals and presentations Customizing value propositions with clients Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
Develop and Maintain relationship with Architects, Builders and Developers, RCC Consultants, Project Management Consultants, Technical Consultants for Elevator and Escalators and End Clients
