Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring & development surrounding sales professionals.
  • Increase company’s customer base and revenue by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
  • Represent company and champion our brand through strong customer service, networking, and community involvement.
  • Develop and strategically execute a plan, identifying and prioritizing target verticals and key accounts throughout the local market.
  • Train and develop a sales force on the principals of planning their day-to-day call cycle, including prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Assist in managing operational functions of the office and report sales metrics, growth, retention, anticipated churn and other critical data.
  • Assist the Director Sales in the weekly sales meetings, highlighting training topics, concerns, recognitions, and accomplishments and monthly operational meetings.

Technical Skills Required:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or sales management, major account management, marketing and project management.
  • Experience in using and leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Microsoft Office, Presentation Software, and ERP Sales tracking software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualification:

Master’s degree

Experience: 1-3 yrs.

Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate.
