JOB LOCATION: NANGAL THAKRAN, DELHI

Timing 10 to 6
Salary depend on interview

Responsibilities:

Handling all inquiries from our agents and clients as assigned (incl. quotations, itinerary, packages, travel information, etc.)

Must have Domestic knowledge.

Costing management include negotiated with vendors for the good prices

Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.

Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers, etc.

Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train tickets, etc.

Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend.

Provide prompt and efficient customer service and customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s services.

Accountable for high volume replying email & phone calls

Follow-up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment, etc.)

Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
