Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates and students to join our Sales & Marketing Internship Program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, lead generation, customer engagement, market research, business development, and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify and generate potential customer leads.
Conduct prospect research and market mapping.
Assist in lead qualification and follow-up activities.
Support customer outreach through calls, emails, and social media.
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations.

Marketing

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Create marketing content and promotional materials.
Assist in email marketing and lead generation activities.
Track and report campaign performance.

Business Development

Identify new business opportunities.
Support customer acquisition initiatives.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams for business activities.

Required Qualifications

Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech)
MBA students or graduates are also eligible.
Final-year students can apply.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
