• Performing call monitoring, identifying errors and best practices on the call.
• Using appropriate data management system to compile and track performance at team and

• Performing translations, IVR recordings and language assessments.
• Auditing voice calls, chats and emails for transactional quality.
• Audit support calls and provide feedback.
• Important to have experience call quality audit.
• Conduct verifications of stated credentials given by builders/Brokers/ vendors
