Build and agree on budgeted targets alongwith finance teams and management with atleast 30% YOY growth
· Month on month achieve the budgeted targets
· Submit month on month details to management and finance on Primary vs Secondary sales. Secondary sales should always be 65% of primary sales
· Ensure collections within the credit terms provided to the dealers
