Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing sales for various products/services of the business; with a focus on customers.
- Ability to do market research, identify and establish new business via Cold Calling, Internet, attending trade exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- Generating suitable leads as per the Business Requirement by Conducting Client Meetings and follow-ups whenever necessary as directed by the Head of Sales/Business Development Head.
- Service/Product demonstration and briefing to the client and tackle his all queries.
- Initiates and track orders to completion. Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals.
- Initial calls and gather the basic requirements needed from the clients, regarding the project.
- Responsible for execution of the Leads generated.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone and via email.
- Oversees workflow of all sales processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics.
- Provide a monthly report to the Marketing Head.
- Regular and daily interaction with Customers for sourcing new business and addressing issues arising out of services provided.
- Continuous feedback to management about developments in market and market intelligence.
- Manages daily activities of the sales support function.
- Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales target
Key Skills:
- Fluent English and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Should be target oriented
- Client Interaction
- Should be proactive & aggressive in nature
- Candidate should be flexible for traveling in Mumbai region
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM and other online resources for information.
- Should be Multi-Tasker & must have the ability to execute a plan.
